DCRC is proud to highlight two exciting international partners.    Hogrefe – Based in the Netherlands, Hogrefe is the leading publishers of psychological and educational assessments in Europe and in 2014 they published the DESSA in Dutch! Even better, in 2015 they will be publishing the DECA in Italian!  Molto Bene! Aflatoun:  Ranked one of the world’s top 100 Non-Governmental Agencies (NGOs), Aflatoun is translating the DECA into several languages including Russian, Serbian, Arabic, Albanian and Ethiopian so that it can be used to evaluate the success of their international efforts to promote youth development and children’s empowerment.
