7.  National Association of Children’s Behavioral Health

DCRC’s mission of promoting the resilience of all children as well as the adults who support them came home to roost when Paul LeBuffe, Director of DCRC, presented a two-day workshop to the members of NACBH.  This organization, of which Devereux is a member, is a leading advocacy and public policy voice for children with behavioral health disorders and their families. Paul presented on the “resilience cascade” in which the well-being of children is supported by nurturing the resilience of the staff, the leadership and the organization.
