In early 2014, DCRC entered into a new publishing relationship with Apperson, Inc., a national leader in school-based assessment. They will be publishing the Devereux Student Strengths Assessment (DESSA) family of products.  The partnership is off to a great start.  Apperson has developed a great web-based platform for the DESSA that features social and emotional learning strategies for the classroom, out-of-school-time programs, and the home. We are also working hard on a high school version of the DESSA, so by the end of 2015, DCRC’s continuum of strength-based assessments will span the age range of infancy through high school graduation!
